Hillary Woest is a national presenter, staff developer, leadership coach, consultant, and practitioner with over 25 years of experience in public education. She specializes in supporting PLC at Work® and RTI at Work® in schools by helping them assess, refine, and optimize current systems of support for special populations and challenging demographics.
Hillary has supported successfully implementing the PLC at Work® process in schools and districts nationwide. Her support for underperforming schools contributed to earning Model PLC designations for multiple campuses. Additionally, her work in Special Education at two high schools has been recognized by Texas Education Agency’s Region 4 for best practices. She also received the Rotary Club’s “Distinguished Service Above Self” award in 2017.
Hillary completed her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders from The University of Houston, and received her Master of Science in counseling from The University of Houston-Clear Lake.
